Alissa joined the office in 2019 and quickly became a welcomed and trusted part of the team. She is the proud mom of Layla and Paxton and loves cheering them on in their sports. When she isn’t working or at a game, Alissa enjoys days by the ocean, discovering new finds while thrifting, and tending to her plant collection.

Chrissy Shallcross has been in the dental field for over 24 years and still loves it as much as day one. She’s passionate about helping  people smile with confidence—because she knows a smile can say more than words ever could (and sometimes keep you from saying what you really think).

Outside the office, Chrissy’s greatest joy is her three children—her whole world. They love spending time together jet skiing, watching movies, playing games, or relaxing on the beach while Chrissy soaks up the sun with a good book. Her love for Christmas is unmatched, and Hermie the Elf will forever be her spirit animal—because who doesn’t love an elf with a passion for dentistry?

Jaime has been part of Dr. Lozier’s dental family since 2006 and has over 14 years of experience as a dental hygienist. She loves helping patients feel comfortable in the chair and confident in their smiles!

When she’s not caring for smiles, Jaime teaches at the RCBC Dental Hygiene Clinic as a clinical instructor. Jaime also leads an oral health Initiative, Smile Lab, providing oral health education to underserved youth in her community. Outside the office, you can find her in the boxing gym, coaching kids to build strong bodies and strong smiles!

Katrina is a dedicated dental hygienist with a strong passion for patient care and oral health education. She completed her undergraduate studies at Millersville University before earning her degree in Dental Hygiene from Harcum College. With a gentle approach and genuine commitment to helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles, she takes pride in building long-term relationships with the families she serves.

Outside the office, she is a devoted mom of two who loves spending time by the ocean and making memories with her family.

Kelly completed the dental assisting program in 2014 through Cape May Tech and received her CDA and RDA certifications. She started assisting Dr. Lozier in 2017 and prides herself on making patients feel comfortable during their visits! Kelly and her husband Austin have a 2-year-old daughter, Milliana, and they are expecting a baby boy in April 2026! Whether it’s on the beach in the summer or going on trips in the colder months, Kelly enjoys spending as much time with her growing family as she can when she’s not in the office.

Jennifer has been a Dental Assistant with Dr. Lozier since 2005, bringing experience, care, and a healthy dose of humor to every patient visit. She’s a proud mom to Pauly and Isla and loves the summer season – spending sunny days at the beach, out on the boat, and making memories with her kids, soaking up the sunshine and all the little adventures summer brings.
